Tina and Amanda
Tina Louise was an American actress, singer, and writer best known for her role as Ginger Grant from the TV series Gilligan's Island. The stage debut of her career started in the 1950s, with Two's Company, a Bettle-Davis musical. In the following years, she appeared on Broadway for a number of performances until 1957 when Li'lAbner went large in the National Theatre. The same year, She recorded her first album of music It's the right time to Tina. Louise started beginning her Hollywood career in the year 1958 in which she played Griselda Walden in God's little Acre, a film that was dramatic. It was a huge success, and Louise received an award called the Golden Globe Award for the New Star of the Years category. She entered the Actors Studio in New York and became acquainted with Lee Strasberg as his student. The actress joined CBS in 1964 as Ginger Grant. Louise continued to juggle her work well across Broadway as well as Hollywood playing somber characters contrasted to her perception of being a glamorous doll. Amanda Tapping..........................Amanda Tapping is best known for her acting roles as Samantha Carter in the series Stargate. She also played SG-1 on the show and Helen Magnus on Sanctuary. In recent years she's also become a well-known director for TV shows that are popular, like Supernatural as well as The 100. Born in Essex on August 28th 1965. She and her family relocated to Toronto when she was three in the following years, where she lived growing up and in adolescence. She settled in Vancouver following her selection to play Samantha Carter.
