Anna Silk

Anna Silk, born January 31st, 1974 in Fredericton, New Brunswick Canada, is an actor famous for her character Bo on The Showcase series Lost Girl. Silk was raised in Fredericton New Brunswick Canada. Ilkay Silk and Peter Silk both were professors. Ilkay was also a writer, director and producer. Silk is the director of drama at St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna's early memories were of going to play rehearsals as well as watching her mother do the perform. Silk appeared as a little actress in commercials. She earned a Bachelors in Arts at St. Thomas University. Her early theater experience includes two shows with Theatre St. Thomas: Seven Menus and The Kitchen. Silk moved to Toronto to further her acting profession in November 1999, and during the decade that followed, she relocated into Los Angeles California. Seth Cooperman was her future partner when she was introduced to him in an actor's workshop located in Los Angeles. After getting engaged in 2008, they got married in 2009. They renewed their vows on on April 10, 2011 in Fredericton in an Jewish wedding ceremony after Silk changed her religion to Judaism. Silk Cooperman's birth took place in May 2013and had a son who was named Samuel Jerome Cooperman. Levi Aaron, her second child was born the 13th of May, 2016.
