Tessa Thompson

Tessa Lynn Thompson is an American actress, born October 3rd, 1983 in Los Angeles. She is the daughter Marc Anthony Thompson (a singer/songwriter) and granddaughter Bobby Ramos, an actor/musician. She was raised in Los Angeles before moving to Brooklyn, New York. Her mother is Mexican as well as British Isles origins, and her father is Afro-Panamanian. Thompson was involved in numerous productions in Santa Monica High School. After graduation, she enrolled at Santa Monica College, where she obtained a diploma in cultural Anthropology. The role she played was Juliet was the title character of the play by William Shakespeare "Romeo and Juliet" at the Pasadena California production of the Boston Court Theatre. It was her performance that earned her the NAACP Theatre nomination the same year. Tessa made her debut on TV in 2005. Her role was in a CBS Series. Tessa Tessa Tessa
